  • In September of 2010, my weight was spiraling out of control, having reached 233 lbs. I have tried many gyms over the past several years, but have never achieved permanent, lasting results.

    Since we began, my trainer has kept me focused on the ultimate goal of losing weight, looking good and feeling great. At times when I felt like I couldn’t continue or when my weight loss hit a plateau, he motivated me to work even harder to achieve my goals.

    I feel healthy and invigorated every time I complete a workout, and I am excited because I know that this is only the beginning of my fitness journey!

  • Every girl has an image of how they will look on their wedding day. A year prior to the wedding, my work schedule and all around busy lifestyle prevented me from getting the best out of my existing workout program. I had gained 15 pounds and was taking ibuprofen daily for lower back pain following long days on the laboring floor.

    I met my trainer 3 months prior to my wedding day and began person training sessions 3x/week. He showed me a different approach to training. He configured a program that focused on improving muscle strength and tone. The benefits were seen with weight loss and complete relief of my lower back pain. I felt fantastic on June 27th when I walked down the aisle!

    My trainer continues to provide me with the motivation to persue training and has given me a sense of empowerment over my fitness level. I am confident that I am training at a level that it sustainable for the future.
